Louwlardia Logistics Park is strategically located along the N1 motorway with easy access to all arterial routes. The Park offers great visibility from one of the busiest roads linking Pretoria to Johannesburg. With 24-hour security and an early warning detection system along the perimeter fence-line, any potential breach can be detected from a dedicated reaction vehicle stationed in the park. The Park also has central fire tanks and pumps offering fire protection compliance to tenants at an affordable cost. To date, three warehouses have been completed in the park.
